AXIA Energia Acquisition of Três Irmãos HPP Control

AXIA Energia finalized an agreement via Form 6-K/A to acquire 100% ownership of Tijoá Energia, the concessionaire for the 808 MW Três Irmãos Hydroelectric Plant (UHE Três Irmãos), by purchasing the controlling stake (50.1%) in Juno Participações.
