ProShares Trust II (GLL & UVXY) Reverse Share Splits

ProShares Trust II announced mandatory reverse share splits for two ETFs, effective November 20, 2025:

• ProShares UltraShort Gold (GLL): 1-for-2 Reverse Split.
• ProShares Ultra VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (UVXY): 1-for-5 Reverse Split.

Splits increase the price per share but do not change the shareholder’s total investment value immediately.

Key Investor Considerations:

• Ticker symbols will remain unchanged.
• New CUSIPs assigned: GLL (74347Y698), UVXY (74347Y680).
